Avatar: The Game is a well made and interesting play for many gamers, however, there are some glitches and problems throughout the game that can be frustrating at times. The Avatar game patch fixes many of the most pressing problems in the game and enhances the overall gameplay.
One of the issues that was troublesome about the game was the flickering that sometimes appeared during the game. Since the Avatar series is meant to be a visually engaging scene, the flickering took a lot away from the game. The patch corrects the problems with the flickering and also enhances the color scheme in the game. Overall, the graphics were greatly improved without compromising the quality and speed of the game.
Avatar's patch also provides more technical support for different game setups. In particular, the support for multi-monitor viewing is much better with the patch. It is easier to configure this set up and there are more options to make gameplay easier with multiple monitors.
Some other glitches and crashes were fixed along with this patch. For instance, the annoying feature of getting locked out of the game after entering an incorrect password has been fixed. Several other small bugs were fixed in this version, allowing users to play the game more smoothly.
The only problem with the patch is that it isn't easy to set up. The game wasn't really designed for mods, and it can be tough for users to find the correct directory to install the patch in. Instructions come with the patch, and when followed to a tee, the patch is successfully installed. It is definitely worthwhile to figure out how to install this patch, because it adds a lot of depth to the game.
