Broken Sword: The Angel of Death is adventure mystery where you must unravel ancient biblical secrets of a weapon that Moses attempted to construct to free the Israelites from Egypt. You play as George Stobart, who must find the secret to this ancient weapon before it is too late. The game is a sequel to several previous games, so you might want to try those before you you try The Angel of Death.
This is the second game in the series to use 3d graphics instead of 2d, so it worth relatively well now after having a rough time in the previous game. The graphics are not brilliant, but are more than acceptable. You will travel across Europe and the Middle East and see some beautiful landmarks and art. The sound is acceptable but not really noteworthy either way.
Broken Sword has always been lauded for its strong scripts, and The Angel of Death is no exception. Even minor characters are well written and the story will keep you on edge as you try to uncover all the different mysteries the game has to offer.
