"Code of Honor: The French Foreign Legion" is a first-person shooter for the PC that lets players assume the role of Claude Boulet, a 26-year-old Parisian soldier in the legendary French Foreign Legion. Boulet and his fellow soldiers must intervene in a civil war raging across Africa's Ivory Coast and prevent rebels from acquiring the radioactive materials to make dirty bombs.
The game includes eight playable levels and utilizes the Chrome engine to produce photorealistic graphics, rendering the uniforms, weapons, and equipment in remarkable detail. Designers used satellite photos to make the various battlefields as realistic as possible. And the inclusion of real French Foreign Legion weaponry and attack helicopters like the AMX, the Puma, and the Gazelle only adds to the title's authenticity.
