EA Origin, also known as just Origin, is an easy-to-use app that lets you download and play games from EA.

It’s important to first point out that many games from EA can’t be downloaded on PC without Origin – even if you buy them through Steam. It can feel a little unfair at times but they make the games and we have to play by their rules.

Aside from the fact that you have to install it just so you can play EA games, it’s not a bad program. It downloads things quickly, it’s easy to use, helps keep your games up to date and even shows you when new games come on sale.
