If you're into games with a film noir feel, Fate By Numbers is one to look into. You play a character named Alice Sanger, a female detective. This point and click game is definitely influenced by the science fiction genre. With the game being point and click, it's easy for everyone to pick up on and learn to play rather quickly, as opposed to many current games that seem to require the use of three hands plus your foot in order to control the character the way you desire. The backgrounds are also 3-D rendered, which gives the game a much more realistic quality. Considering the game was created by a few multimedia design students, and it's free, I highly recommend this game to anyone who's into sci-fi, film noir, or mystery and detective games.
