SummaryThe community asked for it so here it is. The first avatar/display character model content pack.Meet Sakura and Rin of the Steel Striders fleet! We'll be adding more models of different types in other packs so look out for those if anime isn't your cup of tea. What can I do with this?Change the avatar from rambot to another character model. You can find this in the customisation "Z" UI under the avatar tab. This also applies in multiplayer.Place a special 'animation block' and select from any of your acquired or added models there. An animation can then be set that the character will use.Manipulate animation blocks with breadboard functions to get fine control over the animation or switch between different movements and presets.Purchasing a character DLC adds more animations to the animation block.Purchasing a character DLC unlocks more voices to use in breadboards for adding another element in bringing your creations to life. Why would I want this? Taking pictures, roleplaying. Populating your ships with more characters. Memes. You'd like to use a different avatar. What this is not. Absolutely perfect models: They run, walk, swim etc but still move like rambot did. Player weapons are sized to the model scale but are not held correctly. Something that will hugely change gameplay. (Outside of additional customisation.)We can develop this further, add animations you want (check mixamo and let us know), there will be a channel setup in the official discord for it.
