Hamlet is an awesome game for anyone who enjoys piecing together puzzles. The game is loosely based on one of Shakespeare's most famous works, so fans of Shakespeare will especially love Hamlet.
The general gameplay involves clicking on items in a scene and figuring out how they all fit together. It's a pretty standard puzzle game, but at times I found it to be a bit difficult. That may be frustrating to some people, but I enjoyed the complexity. I want to be challenged, so this definitely gave me the challenge I was looking for.
Aside from the actual gameplay aspect of Hamlet, the visuals and music were above average. I say this because they were fresh and original. I play a lot of casual PC games, and a lot of them just seem to copy each other. The colors were bright, the characters were fun, and the music and sound effects were timed perfectly to create a stimulating game-playing ambiance.
Overall, I would give Hamlet a 5 out of 5. I would definitely suggest that anyone who plays through it sticks with it until the end. Prepare to be both dazzled and challenged.
