You can find out what it feels like to be behind the controls of a train as it rumbles along the tracks. The graphics are highly detailed, allowing you to change the design of the controls, see the passengers or the freight on the train and seeing the changing weather while you're in one of the many areas of the country. This is a game that brings everything about operating a train to your fingertips. Start with some of the smaller trains to see what it's like to navigate them on the track and to get an eye for being high above the tracks.

There are over 12 trains to choose from. You'll be able to drive freely in the game to play around with the trains or complete missions. Some of the missions include delivering your freight to its proper destination in a certain amount of time or getting passengers to where they want to go with no incidents. There are trains from all eras, some that operate on steam and some that are a bit more modern and feature more electrical components. You can hear the whistles and the wheels as they are traveling along the tracks. Edit the game to design your own tracks or to make adjustments to the tracks that are already in place. Menus give details about the trains that you drive and show a map of where you're going.
