Sniper: Ghost Warrior

Sniper Ghost Warrior has a tactical shooter design that uses a first person perspective. In this game, players take on the role of various skilled snipers that are sent to missions within the jungles of a fictional country within South America. The snipers move about a tropical setting that is full of ambushes by heavily armed enemies. Some of the main characters include Sargeant Tyler Wells for long distance sniping and a rebel called el Trejon for close range shootouts.

Stealth is the key element in Sniper Ghost Warrior. Players must move slowly and carefully through thick vegetation of dense jungles. Surprise attacks are common in the missions and players must be ready to engage in real time combat anytime. Crawling, ducking and rolling are some realistic maneuvers that simulate firearm combat that is inspired by the military and special forces. Special zoom modes such as Bullet Cam literally allow some of the snipers to put some rounds into the heads of opponents. Spotting partners help the snipers with locating targets and taking precise aim without getting detected. The snipers can also defend themselves with various explosives.

A nonlinear game design in Sniper Ghost Warrior makes it possible for players to take different paths or routes to complete each game mission. The Chrome game engine integrates stunning 3D graphics that also have realistic jungle sounds of wildlife. The realistic ballistic system also provides accurate physics that simulate the trajectory of each bullet fired in Sniper Ghost Warrior. Factors such as elevation and wind can influence each shot taken in this precise shooting game. Multiple difficulty settings in Sniper Ghost Warrior can provide some real challenges to anyone's virtual sharpshooting skills. However, some of the background noise such as of vehicles and helicopters can be too loud in Sniper Ghost Warrior.
