This is just a clip of what you can expect to find while playing The Sims 2, but it gives you an idea as to the numerous changes in the game and the amazing graphics.
When you begin the game, you can choose how many people are in your family and what they look like. There is also an option to choose their characteristics. Once you decide on the house that you want to live in, you can choose a career and start a family. There are other options for partying with friends or staying to yourself and studying so that you can get ahead in your career.
The second installment of the game features many more design options for the floors, walls, rooms and decorations. You can add items outside that include a swimming pool, flowers or benches. You can meet new people to make friends with or even fight them if you don't agree with what they say. You could also get married and have kids with someone you meet or start a family at the beginning of the game. The graphics are improved over the original version. Your Sim will sometimes walk a bit slower at times, and there are a few glitches if you have a lot of people you're trying to control. Another thing that you want to consider is that once you place the houses that are available, there aren't any more to choose from unless you build them.
