Tremulous is a first-person shooter game that gives you a lot of choices regarding how you want to play. You can choose to either be a human or an alien at the beginning of the game, which means that their are many ways that you can customize the game over time. You will not easily become bored with the choices that you have. Humans have guns and other weapons while aliens use their special forces to kill opponents. The movement is easy and you will understand immediately what you need to do to control the characters.
Tremulous offers graphics that make you feel like you are part of the scene. They are textured and 3D for ultimate effect. This game is definitely fast-paced, so is best suited if you enjoy shooter games with a lot of action. Once you understand the differences between the aliens and humans you can move from one level to another with relative ease. The game is challenging enough that it is not boring, but is not impossible to beat either. This game is also free so that is a huge bonus; you do not have to shell out a lot of cash to begin playing Tremulous on a regular basis.
